1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of www.rangmanchfarms.com and any booking you make with Rangmanch Farms — through this website, our booking partner, or over WhatsApp or phone. By using the website or booking, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Bookings and tickets

• A booking is confirmed only after full payment and a confirmation message or email.
• Bookings are valid only for the date selected when booking — until closing time that day for day and evening outings, and until check-out for stays.
• Tickets are for one-time entry, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
• Entry requires your booking confirmation and a valid government photo ID of the person in whose name the booking was made.
• Please verify the date, guest count, and contact details before paying — the Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what cannot be changed afterwards.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; room bookings are processed on our booking partner's system. Prices may be revised at any time, but a confirmed booking is always honoured at the price you paid.

4. On the farm

• Activities run with trained staff, and equipment and instruction are provided. For everyone's safety, follow the activity team's instructions, use the safety equipment provided, and respect any age, height, or health guidance for individual activities.
• Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adults outside the staffed activity zones.
• Catering is in-house only; outside food and beverages are not permitted for events.
• Pets are welcome across the farm, leashed at all times — except in dining, pool, and water-activity areas.
• We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave, without refund, for unlawful, unsafe, or abusive behaviour towards guests or staff.

5. Using the website

Use the website lawfully: do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or republish its content commercially, or misuse the enquiry and booking forms. All content on this website — text, photographs, logos, and design — belongs to Rangmanch Farms and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

6. Photos and reviews you share

If you send us — or tag us in — photos, reviews, or testimonials, you allow us to use them in our marketing on the website and social media, with credit where practical. If you'd ever like something taken down, tell us and we will remove it.

7. Our liability

The website is provided "as is" — we work to keep it accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Indian law permits, Rangmanch Farms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, utility failures, and similar. If we ever have to cancel your booking ourselves, the Refund & Cancellation Policy says what happens.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version, with its date, always lives on this page. Changes apply prospectively — a booking already made stays on the terms you accepted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
